Men only, please answer i need help. men health related issue?!

Question: Men only, please answer i need help. men health related issue?
okay so im a little worried right now. my story is: I used to masturbate a lot (not twice a day though) and ive stopped tht frequently because of this. I dont kbow how to explain it but i dont feel that much pleasure in my penis now. It all began when i woke up one day with my genital area numb, really numb ( i hadent masturbated the day before). i had done a weird exercise the day before i think it was pilates. the point is i excersiced lower abdomen. So i told my parents, i figured it was normal and i shouldnt really be ashamed, and they said to wait like 1 hr cuz maybe i had slept in a weird position and cut circulation. Well eventually i got better so i masturbated just to see if i could. After that it felt kinda numb again. I went to the doc the next day and he told me he didnt see anything unusual, but he still sent me to get a sonogran of my testicles just to be sure, and nothing came up(this felt weird). he also told us tht if it persists or gets worse to go see an urologist. well i got better, but not.completely normal. after four days i masturbated again and after that my penis began to feel numb again, though not to the same extent as before. It began recovering again but i still feel kinda weird. Its a strange, very subtle numbness right now. I cant feel that much pleasure. I can masturbate with porn though(but im not watching it anymore cuz ive rejected it as of recently) but not without, i dont know if the porj has to do with anything but still. It is also a little harder to pee but i think my muscle there may still be tired by those exercises cuz it feels like that. It is really worrying me, and Im only 15. This wholething feels f'd up and wrong. I dont want to masturbate, but i still do.. I am going to see an urologist so dont answer tht. I just need relieving answers. oh and excused my spelling and stuuf, im using my cel.

Answers:

ok. So I am not sure what you are wanting us to answer since you are going to see a urologist ( which I defiantly am glad you are). but I do want to say. Good job on typing all of that with your cell phone though!!!
Bu back to your question. I am not a urologist, but i am a general practitioner, and I am thinking since you had a sonogram of your testicles and it turned out negative for any abnormalities. I would think that it could just be a pinched muscle that is causing the decrease in feeling in your penis.
The urologist will be able to tell you exactly what is happening so dont worry about it.
Good Luck

Nobody here is qualified to make a diagnosis.
Just wait until your visit with the Urologist to see if he comes up with anything new.
Part of it might be anxiety - worrying about something you have no control over.

Blindfold yourself. Lie down on your bed and get nekkid. Explore your entire body as though it's the very first time you've discovered it. What areas are sensitive to touch (not just the obvious ones). What areas don't respond at all, or very little. Imagine that your hands are sending a message of enjoyment, appreciation and love to your body. Let it respond to that idea. Leave your penis till the absolute end. See if that makes a difference. Your stress and worry is only making it worse for yourself.

Damage from circumcision.

Circumcision is neural and vascular damage to the penis, and in addition, the keratinization of the glans and surrounding tissue continue to damage sexual feeling and function for the rest of the victim's lifetime, even more than the initial physical damage.

The usual loss of sexual sensitivity is about 50-75%, but as there are no standards for male genital mutilation, called circumcision, the damage varies wildly from individual to individual and the loss of sensitivity will also vary. And with the increasing keratinization, the sensitivity continues to decline.

Circumcision is one of the main reasons for the high usage of Viagra-type ED drugs.

Circumcision is a fraud and a hoax.
