Consult your physician/dietitian for a healthy diet. If you can't get a hold of them, contact your local school nurse and she can give you some suggestions about helping ways to increase your weight and still maintain muscle mass. Just sitting around and may increase your calories and help you put on weight but that isn't the same as keeping on a healthy track.
Start working out. Jog six days every week for at least a mile, and do some sort of strength-building exercises. You won't be able to gain 30 pounds of muscle overnight, but if you work at it, you'll get there.
