Motility after 1 hr: Actively motile 30% Sluggishly motile 10% Non motile 60%
Abnormal forms 20%
Cells from tubules: spermatocyes : 3:5
Pus Cells: 1-2
Autoaggultination presnet
Please can anyone help me to understand if this is a normal result or does anything need further investigation?

your sperm count is normal but volume has to be 3 to 6 ml.
You need to get your doctor - or the lab - to decipher the meanings for you - and make recommendations.
abnormality is not normal level
Why didn't you ask the expert who did the test for you?
it says you have some strong sperm and alot of it
