Are there any bad effects when you stay up all night but just make up for it on !


Question: Are there any bad effects when you stay up all night but just make up for it on the morning?
I'm 14 and I like to stay up all night on weekends. I usually sleep at 5 AM then wake up at 2-4 PM. Will this affect me in any way even if I make up for it the following morning?

Im 15 and i do that sometimes too. there are lots of bad effects.
it stops you from growing physically and mentally
it makes your skin look older
it can make you gain weight
it makes you immune system weak
you have more chances of getting sick
LOTS more stuff that i cant think of now but its bad, u need sleep, and you cant "make up" for it in the mornning. you need a full on 8-9 hours of sleep each night. and if u do stay up to party or just ahving fun at a sleepover. Take a LONG nap and get 8 hours the next night :) SLEEP!
