under my wang it is red what is wrong??

You could have developed a yeast infection. (Yes men can get them too.) Any where that is warm and moist can develop a yeast infection. If you have been in the heat a lot, it could be a form of heat rash. If you have had unprotected sex with someone new you could have a STD. You could try some Lamasil type product for jock itch, or any anti-fungal cream. But if it does not improve within two days of starting treatment, you really need to go see a Dr. You really do not want any untreated STD's.
