I have severe smegma!!!!!! plz help!!!!!!!!?

im 16 and barely becoming able to retract my penis foreskin past the head of my penis and i noticed alot of smegma. i mean alot. it looks nasty and as if infected maybe. anyway how do i get rid of it????? i tried rubbing it but since this is the first time my penis hea has been completly exposed, it is very sensitive and i cant rub it, i can only rinse with water. anyway i just want 2 know how to get rid of it and how long it will take??? i will also appreciate any tips on how 2 reduce my penis head sensitivity. thank you! oh and plz no dumb answers

You need to wash it with a mild soap and water, It is not an infection it is just buildup of lots of stuff. Your parents should have taught you how to take care of your penis but must have forgotten that part. Mild soap and water will take care of it.
