I cant fully retract penis foreskin because of short frenulum!!!! plz help!!?
i cant get my penis foreskin past the head becuase my frenulum is to short and it wont let my foreskin go down any further!! any ways to fix this???

Correct. Stretching it gently each day should help. If it doesn't, you can always have it removed (only the frenulum, not the foreskin...).
