im barely now able to retract the foreskin of my penis and i right a way noticed white suff on the head of my penis!!! its all white and looks nasty and as if infected!!!! what is this and how do i get rid of it?

All it is what they call smegma. Don't stress all men get it, it's just that cut guys have it rubbed off by rubbing on there jocks all day. All you need to do is wash under the foreskin everyday. If you can't pull the skin back then you need to pull it back a little more each day and it will come back after time.
Don't listen to the people who say it is unclean and not normal to have a foreskin. You need to make sure you wash it everyday-like any part of your body and it will be fine.
