ok some guy i know always gets boners(lol)& then he went to the doctors and he asked him that his penis is hurting alot,then his doctor did w/e and told him that if u dont have sex then ur penis isnt gonna wrk properly && then u cant have anymore kids in ur life. Now the point is, that if he doesnt "have sex" (more than once)then he'll never be able to have kids.
now does this sound true and if it is can u please give me the name of the illness or w/e TELL me all u can!!!!! this guy is my bestfriend and im worried about him!!

This is a lie. I know of no disease or illness that is cured by having sex. (excluding depression and easing joint pain). If that is the case, why doesnt masturbation help him?
As the comment above indicates, this is most likely a way of getting into your pants and as such would recommend you tell him off.
