Of all of the STD's HIV or AIDS is the considered the most dangerous because there is no cure. Actually the easiest bloodborn pathogen is hepatitis. While the aids virus is very fragile and doesn't survive long out of the proper environment, hepatitis can infect someone from blood that is old and coagulated. Health care workers have more of a risk from hepatitis than from HIV. Anyway, it's easy to get any of the STD's. Unprotected sex is pretty much a guarantee.
