Does my muscles have to be sore inorder for it to grow?!

Does my muscles have to be sore inorder for it to grow?

does it? or do i have to stimulated just enough?

yeah well your muscles.. you've seen what they look like right???? well.. protein is the stuff that ' gives' you muscles

well if you eat heaps of protein it wont give you uscles unless you use them..because. when you work out eveyrtime you like lift up a weight it tears your muscle creating a micro-tear or mini-tear.. cant remember what there called but basically everytime your doing weights or lifting stuff it rips your muscle then afterwards they feel sore and tired...

when you have protein this repairs the muscle and creates a new layer ontop... creating a bigger muscle WOAH! isnt that amazing but you gotta let it heal .. i'd say 3-4 work out sessions a week (if your planningt o work out) to make it work without your body dieing or one workout everyday if you do it little bits at a time.

eggs milk,fish and cheese all produce protein lol - all out of my text book that im studying for a test.. so i hope this works lol.. all this talk makes me wanna drop down and do 20 (pushups =D ) and then go eat some cheese =D lol take care and dont over do it xxx
