I would like to lose some weight?

Ok, first off, im 6 foot and just shy of 200 lbs, i wouldnt say im obease but i could definetly stand to lose some weight, My current lifestyle consists of me sitting down most of the day, im often up late, probably due to the lack of exercise, and my diet is horrible, I dont have a wide varriety at all, its pretty much, burgers, pizza, cereal, sandwiches, and junk food such as chips. I only drink water though, i know im a pretty big mess and i want to get myself back on track before i become too fat to do anything, I try to exercise but im just rather too lazy to do it, I am really motivated by seeing myself in the mirror and realising that i need to lose this weight, so does anyone have some suggestions? I really need help as i know next to nothing about this, like how to start, how to increase it, and so on. I would idealy like to lose alot of weight fast (wouldnt everyone) but my goal is just to not look as fat as i do right now, i would like to achieve this within 3 months, ideas?

Alright, well this is a pretty common problem. I used to be very overweight, that is untill I joined my swimming club. I'm 6'2" and I weigh 198lbs. I have hardly any visble fat and why? Because I swim almost everyday, and the days that I do not swim, I run. Try joining a swimming club (It's alot better to swim with people around to keep you company) Try it for once or twice a week and make sure you have a good instructor.

Having a good instructor insure syou have the correct technique for that particular swimmign stroke and so you don't tire easily and you can use that energy in swimming rather than struggling. If you're nto a runner, try cycling. Cycing exercises more or less the same muscles as running but is a slower start. After about a year of swimming constantly, I now swim 2km every 2 days, and rest the day after I swim. Recovery is VVEERRYY important!

Doing too much exercise is more life threatening that being overweight. Be sure to warm up (100 meters easy frontcrawl) or is you're running then just jog to a landmark and back to your home. This will help you lose that excess weight. I included alot here and I just hope it helps you. I know alot of people with that problem, taken my advise, are now very fitt and happy.
