Dumbbell exercise?!

Dumbbell exercise?

What are some good dumbbell excercises that you do not need a bench for? I have a good set of dumbbells and 80 lbs in plates so I can go up or down in weight. I have been working out for @ 1 month doing weights one day and pushups the next. I workout for @ 1 hr and do 4 sets of 25 pushups. I have added 10 lbs to my body weight from start to now and my wife can tell that I have been working out. I want to build a more solid chest, larger arms and get a flatter abs. Any help would be welcome. Thanks.
Also are there any suppliments out there that work for this?

By the way I do not have a bench b/c I don't have room for one. I have a wife and 2 kids so I have no room in the house for my stuff at all. Guys with a wife and kids will know what I mean

get a Pilates ball and subscribe to Mens Health magazine. You will be amazed at what you can do with dumbells for arms, chest and abs. Tough to work the legs though.

I have a trainer and we can spend 50 minutes with nothing but dumbells, a pilates ball and a stool.

The kids will love the Pilates ball when you're not using it. They're about $25
