Yea I have some advice. First off relax you are upset emotionally because a private sex moment got interupted and sex is a personal and private thing. Next it is okay at 13 to masturbate. There really is nothing wrong with it. It is not immoral or sinful and it can do no harm to you. In fact it is good for you because it helps you to handle your sexual development.
