I have 35 pound dumbells, what can I do with these if I do not have a bench.?!


Question:

I have 35 pound dumbells, what can I do with these if I do not have a bench.?

Also how often should I do curls...(I heard you have to give your muscles time to re-cooperate, otherwise you wont get as big)


Answers:

You can do all sorts of shoulders (if you are that strong), lateral, rear and shoulder presses. One armed dumbell row. hammer curls, reverse curls, concentration curls...all this in a chair or on a chair!
