I feel like masturbation is sort of immoral so I stop before I ejaculate.. sometimes force it to not come.. is this unhealthy?

first of all it is not immoral...everyone does it.
second, it isnt unhealthy to not ejaculate.
third, I would imagine masturbating w/o ejaculating is very frustrating so just go all the way. Masturbation, immoral or not, is still masturbating if you ejaculate or if you dont so might as well go all the way since youre doing it anyway.
