Penis Doctor?

Is there a such thing as a doctor who specializes in treating an injured or infected penis?? Im just curious. How does the doctor deal with someone who lets say,, is bleeding piss? Does like it matter what gender the doctor is? This question kinda creeps me.

That would be a urologist. They deal with bladder stuff, also with testicle and prostate stuff. Dont worry, they've seen it all.
