at the age of mine most of my friends can masturbate already . but i couldn't . i'm still having on with wet dream . is that mean that i'm having problems in my sexuality . i need helpfull answer for this .

If you are able to have wet dreams, then you should be able to masterbate. More likely it is a pyschological problem, you are afraid of touching yourself or believe it wrong or something. It isn't wrong, it is normal, you should be able to provide yourself with self-gratification.
