Question:

Need to build muscles! advice and help please??

i'm 16 and i wanted to loose fat and build muscles.
especially around chest, abs (wanna have 6pack), shoulders, arms, and legs.

what's the best (and hopefully fastest) exercise for me to build up?
please share with me, and if you know any websites for that, please tell me. i'd be grateful!

Answers:

Concentrate on these exercises. I personally do about 85% of my one rep max for 6 reps for 3 sets. With a steady cadence and complete control, if I don't have perfect form I stop.

Squat
Deadlift
Flat Bench Press
Bent Over Rows
Calf Raises
Dips
Curls
Crunches

Do a short warm up run, I start at about 6 mph, then bump it up to 8, then 10, then go back down to 8, 6, and cooldown at walk speed for a minute and a half. I only run for about 3-4 minutes, since I concentrate on building muscle. (I seem to be losing fat anyways due to a healthier diet, higher water intake and more muscle mass).
