Im a male and have a question about my nipple?
my right nipple is bigger than my left. it has like a big bump behind it. and it feels uncomfortable when pressed. the whole right side of my chest (the breast) is bigger than the left. whats going on. is the bumb unhealthy

All persons have one side of body slightly larger.
And males do get lumps under the nipple and they are tender most are OK and won`t cause a problem,
I have one and it was tested over 30yrs ago and nothing has developed
How ever you should get it looked at and tested just in case it is more serious but generally they are normal
