I have had absolutely NO experience with non-circumsized men until just recently and at the risk of seeming totally idiotic, I HAVE to ask this question!
In order to achieve an orgasm does a man who is not circumsized need MORE friction or a "tighter" environment than a man who has been circumsized?
I am wondering if the foreskin hinders sensation at all.

In actuality, the uncircumcised penis probably needs less friction and a looser grip. The foreskin should easily move up and down with your hand, and the uncircumcised is just tends to be more sensitive in general.
So the foreskin doesn't hinder sensation at all and can even greatly enhance sensations. If you want, you can try some creative fun stuff with the foreskin, teasing it and the penis head and such. While lubrication is completely unnecessary with an uncircumcised penis (unlike with many circumcised guys), a little can make things feel even better.
Just have fun with it and explore around a bit. You'll find it a lot easier than you think.
