I've been having this feeling as though I've been kicked in the crotch. it comes and goes.
Any idea exactly what it could be?

Also the feeling isn't coming from the testicles it's coming from the area where my crotch becomes my leg.

It's been going on and off for a few weeks some days are better than others. I thought it was a nutrent deficency caused by dehydration so I upped my vitamin take but still on and off I have this.

sounds like a pulled groin. Try doing some stretching, if its a pulled groin you'll know it.
