Your skin should be loose enough to go back without any pain. Sex without a condom will often force back a tight foreskin whether the female is a virgin or not. If it hurts or if the attachment underneath, the frenulum is too short then stretching is the answer to both problems. You can get Betamethasone 0.1% cream from a doctor to speed up the process but you can also try it without first. Betamethasone does nothing much without the stretching, just thins the skin and speeds up the process. If you do go to a doctor don't let them persuade you to get circumcised. That is only a last resort, not a first option treatment. Circumcision removes 15 square inches of skin and takes at least two months to get back any sexual function. Swelling goes on for six months and there is painful sensitivity as your glans rubs on clothing.
If the frenulum won't stretch there is a small operation that lengthens it without removing tissue, called a frenuloplasty.
