I keep getting a tear in my penis when I have sex, is circumcision the only option?

I completely tore my frenulum when I was 16 and I let it heal so I no longer have a frenulum , I am 26 now and it has never caused me any probs til 5 months ago I got a tear at the top where teh frenulum is meant to connect, now every time I have sex it tears even after I have let it heal for a month at a time, the doc says the only thing to do is circumcise me but i really dont want to do this, is this really the only thing?

I wonder how many other people here have looked at some of your past questions and asked themselves exactly why
1: In this question you state you have torn your foreskin etc
2: In other questions you tell us that you have a coil fitted and sometimes suffer from PMT and talk and ask questions as though you are female -
so WHAT IS IT ABOUT YOU THAT DOESN'T QUITE RING TRUE ! ! !
