Well im 16 years old and male im 5'3 i wish i could grow up more and can you give me some tips to get tall? thanks!

First, your genes will determine just how tall you will grow,and there is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. At 16, you are still growing and most likely going through puberty. So, don't worry. Just be patient. Maybe a growth spurt is imminent. Good luck.
