My boyfriend is 19 and he wants to get a circumcision, and doesn't want to go to the hospital and find out that there is a cost, we live in Nova Scotia, Canada. How much is it?

I actually read an article (the same article that said that Canada's circumcision rate has dropped to 9% nationally) which said that the cost of circumcision varies by each province. So it's best to ask.
