for the past 17 years i have this habit. i dont have sexual intercourse experience. i am afraid my sexual life in future will be spoilt because of this habit. doctor, experienced plz let me know whether it is right or wrong. and what i have to do

I releive myself at least once per day,as well as having sex,for the past 32 years,i certainly don,t see it as a bad habit.
