Question:
I have a sharp pain near my "taint" area, what is it?
Just under my scrotum I have a sharp pain when ever I jump down from something. Thats the only time I ever feel it, any idea what it is?
I know I need to see a doctor but I was hoping to get an idea of what to expect.

The area is called the perineum ( I'd use that when talking to a doctor so as not to sound like an idiot, no offense). It is probably your prostate, as that is the main organ in that area. The doctor will probably want to to a digital rectal exam, which yes, is as bad as it sounds, but with proper diagnosis, you'll get the help you need and the pain will go away ( or lessen). It is possible that you have either an enlarged prostate or prostatitis ( pray thats not it, as it is rather difficult to cure and can come back without warning). There is the possibility of cancer, but I wouldn't worry about that to much. Just suck it up, go to the doctor, do the urinalysis and take the finger up the bum.
