I just turned 14 what is the average size penis for this age?

Mine is around 12cm maybe a little more since thats not full erected, is that normal?

Yeah, do not worry about any size while you are in a stage with rapid growths/changes in many aspects. People vary in the increase. Some increase early, some late.
