What's a good way to "Bulk Up"?
I'm ridiculously skinny, but I have like no body fat, but I want more bulk. I have no idea what's a good way to do this. I know push ups will build back and chest, and crunches build abs and lower back... I want over all bulk. Help me please!!! lol

eat foods high in protein and carbs, and hit the weightroom, the best exercises you can do for bulking up are the standard bench press and squats...when liftin you should be lifting for strength, that means do as much as you can in a short period of time rather than lifting a small load for a long time..you should be lifting no more than 3 times a week....continue to do push ups and crunches on a daily basis.
p.s.-i wouldnt suggest steroids because they can have long term affects on your body.
