Question about pulling foreskin back during intercourse?

I have heard and seen in diagrams and videos that men with uncircumsized penises should be able to pull their foreskin back behind the head of the penis during sex to make the head show in a circumsized fashion. From what i have heard and seen this is done with relative ease but for me when i have an erection i used to find it almost impossible to pull it back because of a cord going from my foreskin to the bottom middle of the head of my penis. After a few attempts i was able to do it but with some struggle and that is how it is now and although i am able to ejaculate like this, it is alittle bit uncomfortable. Can anyone explain this cord, and why other men are able to pull their skin back with greater ease than I?

Answers:

That cord is the frenulum. It is possible to stretch it but sometimes it is harder to stretch than the foreskin opening. Try stretching first (preferably with Betamethasone cream)and if after a couple of months it is still troubling you, you can have a frenuloplasty. This is minor surgery that does not remove tissue and just lengthens the frenulum.
See the link below to my stretching instructions.
