Sometimes my nuts hurt and ache a bit?!

Sometimes my nuts hurt and ache a bit?

is that unusual? I cant feel any lumps and bumps. Do you think maybe a tube in there got twisted. I have regular sex so i dont think it coz of a build up of anything and i been checked for STD's and got none
