Whats the healthiest enviorment someone could live in?

If someone were to live outdoors would they be healthier and more fit than someone living in a house doing the same thing every night? I jus wonder sometimes because i dont feel as if im living right like something isnt normal me living in a house i wana be free but sadly im only 16. Any help with this one would be helpful thanks!
