Okay i'm 13 and I am going through puberty and every morining i get and erection and i can't go all day without masturbating is something wrong with me or is that part of puberty?

It's completely normal in the world of puberty... hormones go wild, and masturbation is something that really cannot be avoided during your early teen years.
It should become easier and easier to control the raging hormones as you grow older, and probably by the time that you are 16 or 17, your masturbation should be down to about three times per week.
