Do you reccommend creatine or not?
just need to know some of your opinions and your reasons
also should a 16 year old take it?
Answers:
I took creatine for 3 months when I was 18. It wound up deteriorating my AT Bands (the stabilizer muscles on the outside of your calves and thighs) on both of my legs. It got so bad that it hurt to stand, and one day one of my AT Bands gave out as I was walking down from my dorm room, and I wound up taking a dive down a flight of stairs. $700 worth of medical bills later (and that's with a good hookup in the office) , I've never touched the stuff again.
And especially since your bone structure is still growing, it might put even more strain on your muscles, so if you decide to do it, just be careful.
