Testicle lump?
My son is 17 and has noticed a lump on his testicle. He is posative that it is cancer and is driving himself nuts. I brought him to the doctors and the doctor said he does feel a lump but he cant tell if it is in his tubing on the testicle or on the actual testicle. He has to go to get an ultrasound on tuesday. Does anyone know anything about this? I just feel so bad for him because he is so nervous I don't even know what to do to help him feel better anymore.

The only thing you can do is console him and assure that everything will be fine. If it is testicular cancer, there is a very high survival rate, and it's probable that only one testicle will need to be removed, so the option for children in the future is still possible.
