My body fat?

mines something like 7.9. is that ok? i can see my abs, like theyre not defined but i can see them at times. advice?

mine is 5.8 and i am the same way as you...i can see my abs when i am leaning over...but not standing up....dam!!1 i hav been trying to get nice abs but its realllyyy hard!!!
