Intense pain following using the bathroom..?!

Intense pain following using the bathroom..?

Immediately following a normal deuce dropping, I have pretty bad pain in my testicles, lefty in particular. The pain quickly subsides, but the left testicle is beyond sensitive. Contact with my shorts, chair, and simply walking causes VERY intense pain in it. The pain tapers down slowly..and I mean slowly. What the heck is going on?

This is not typical. It has happened before, and comes randomly. This is the third time, and is significantly easier than either of the past two.
