hey im a 20 yr old male im 5'8 140 and i look really young and i get that i look small...i do have small arms but kinda wide shoulders. and i have kinda a small chest and neck..when can i expect to look all evened out? when i get full facial hair? its already come in at the sides a little and neck

If you do not want that 'small' look. Try working out. Lift heavy weights. You are already 20. Eat more protein and sleep well. Alternate the days of the work out, if you are just starting. With regard to your facial hair, do not expect too much. It depends on your genetics and your individual hair distribution. It may or may not turn out as you would want it to be.
