Ok I noticed one day that my Penis was very dry and I saw what looked like blackheads on it and there was skin flaking off. My hygiene down there and overall is pretty good and if this helps I do sometimes masturbate. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on and if I should worry about it?

the problem is that you use soap on to the penis, with the foreskin retracted, that soap is irreritant, hence changes in the penile skin, you stop using soap, wash only in water.
