It has absolutely no physical ill effects at all. The only ill effect it may have is the masturbator feeling guilty about masturbating, however, there is nothing to feel guilty about. (Reminds me of a Monty Python song called "Every Sperm is Sacred" LOL!!!!) It's really, really okay. It will not hurt one's fertility or physical well-being in any way and it just plain feels good in a harmless way. It is a blessing and very natural. Animals do it too!!!!
