How do I gain about 25 lbs of muscle?

I need to get to 200 lbs for football
I weigh 175 lbs right now
My couches suggest that I should weigh about 200
I am ok with that but I don't want to gain fat
How do I gain 25 lbs of muscle?
What should I drink?
What should I eat?

eat lots of fish.
go to gnc and pick up a supplement called cytogainer. has very little fat and lots of protein and good carbs that will build your muscle fast. a 3 pound bucket is about 25 dollars so be prepared.. run a mile a day at night and you should be able to burn off the fat earned by drinking your cytogainer shake. good luck!
