I keep getting muscle twitches everwere and this painful twitch in right side chest area.?

should i go to the ER?? i know its not my heart becuse i have a lot of ekgs done in 3 monthes and seen a cardiolgist. im am a 16 year old male. been having them for a couple of weeks now.
