Question:

I am a 47 year old male. Average health. I am stiff all the time, my arms legs and back. any ideas?

I do have a very phsical job, and I am fairly active. It just seems worse than normal now


Answers:

Could be stress or it could be a serious condition. If your taking any medications it could be that as well. It sounds like a doctor visit would help sort it out.
