When I wash my (flaccid)penis with hot water it get smaller than minimum size?
What causes this to happen?

usually cold water make it shrink, but very hot water does it to me sometimes i think.
anyway in warm-hot (not very hot) does it get bigger, bcuz it should, bcuz it's not cold or hot. but what do u mean by minimum size?? for example when u go to a swimming pool, do u c ur penis there, it gets very small. so don't worry. that's what i would say.
