I am hard on my feet all day. I work 10 hour days 7 days a week. I work in a farm market. I carry pallets and other heavy objects. I come home with my back killin me. I walk on concrete all day. It is hard on my feet. What is the best shoe insert for my job?

~Try wearing Birkenstock shoes. Their expensive, but worth it. Can you use a hand truck at work? That's a lot of stress on the back. Once you have back problems, you'll always have back problems.
I don't think it's legal to work hours like that, I know it isn't here.~
