My Girlfriend wants to wrestle....???

ok, I wrestle, and I'm pretty damn good at it. I can lift 142 pound with just my legs, and they're 26 inches around (thighs) of muscle. and she wants to WRESTLE me!! Not to mention that I'm way taller and stronger than her (upper body as well) She's tiny, and not strong, and well...very determined. but I dont want t hurt her, and I think I would if I wrestled her. How can I let her down easy?

I wasn't sure of a category, so I just put it here....yeah. ok.


Answers:

Start with a double leg take down, let her down easily, throw your leg in and start with the Banana Split, roll easy because you could hurt her back.

You could also throw both legs in (if she can support your weight) double under hook her arms and roll onto your butt. Work your butt to her right side and push her neck to the ground with the inside of your elbow.

Stay away from half nelson, 3/4 nelson, cradels, and stacks. These will hurt her neck and back badly.

Judging by the sound of your leg strength your really young, I wrestled at 135 and my squat was at 315lbs. If you are really young, you might not know how to use legs in, so tell me if you want a list of other moves.

BE VERY GENTLE, I hurt my girlfriend pretty bad with a double trouble.
