Poor sexual stamina! Please offer suggestions or share your experience?

I am currently 19 years old, I first started jerking when I was about 12 and at that time I didnt really know and used to pleasure myself by jerking atleast 3-4 times everyday. As I have grown older my sexual stamina has decreased. I can just jerk once a day and cant achieve more than one orgasm. This has really got me worried as I havent yet lost my virginity and I am really scared if I would be able to satisfy my partner or not. Any suggestions to increase my sexual stamina so that I could possibly enjoy multiple orgasms with my partner

The second response to this question has aroused my curiosity, according to answer no 2 does it mean that when I will be having sex if I am able to sexually connect with my partner I will have greater stamina? Or multiple orgasms? Please share your experiences
