Guys I need your honest opinion please!?

Ok so what is your honest opinion about implants? The reason I am asking is because I like most women have one breast that is larger than the other. I am very self-conscious and just wanted to know what guy thought. Would you prefer a woman with small natural breasts or average (C to D cup) breasts that were implants? And thank you for your honest opinions and please try to keep the smart mouth responses to a minimum.

Ok I thank all the guys who have given their honest opinions. But I failed to mention that one breast is D/DD and the other one is a B. See my dilemma? And I am painfully uncomfortable with this situation.

Your situation is different from the women who augment the size of their breasts out of vanity. You have a valid reason for either breast augmentation, breast reduction, or a combination of both to achieve a degree of balance and symmetry. Nothing wrong with that. And, I can imagine that with the big difference in size, there could be a medical reason for doing something so that one side is not weighed down.

But, as a generic question, I don't find implants to have any value whatsoever if they are done for vanity only. There may be some professional reason for needed to have them, but for me the whole concept is revolting.
