Answers:

You're not losing the weight because your diet is all wrong. Starving your body will get you no where. First, you need to plan better meals. The government produced nutrition chart should be good guide for you. You have to eat a real breakfast. Breakfast kickstarts the metabolism which helps you burn the fat. Because you are not eating properly, the body is storing fat to use a fuel for later. If you eat meals regularly, your body will get used to you refueling it and not store fat to do it on its own. You really have to watch what you eat and how much of what you eat being diabetic. Do your parents not assist you in maintaining good health? Maybe all of you can create a regimine of nutrition and fitness for yourselves.

Also, the growth spurt will not do much for you unless to imrpove your diet. Eating lots of leafy greens provides you with a lot of essential nutrients and help to beak down the fat. Make sure that you eat foods high in protein becase protien rich food feeds the muscles which help them grow and get stronger. Muscles burn fat. The more you build, the more fat you'll burn. Meat is a great source of protein but I am not a huge fan of streak so i have things like beans and peanuts too. Fruit is good but do not have too much. You have to watch your sugar in take and this is true for all of us. Not just diabetics. So the plan to consume juice is a bad plan because juices are very high in sugar. But drinking a lot of water will refresh and keep your body hydrated and replenished. Slow down on the ramen. It's probably some of the cheapest, worst quality ramen available that you are eating. I am not a fan of ramen but when i do have noodles, it's the organic kind without gluten. The point is carbs are good for the body because they provide you with the energy that you need in order to run around the neighborhood but you should not consume more carbs than you really need. You have to watch the kinds of carbs that you consume. Complex carbs are like supercarbs. A little bit goes a long way and they are really hard for your body to break down into energy so they get stored as sugar which become fat because they are so highly concentrated. So becareful about the type of foods you eat and don't deprive your body of what you it needs.

Lastly, keep on excercising. With the proper diet and exercise, your body will go to where it is meant to be. The most important thing to remember is, if you are good to your body it will be good to you. Ok, I am so tired right now I can barely keep my eyes open. I have to go to bed now. I hope my severly simplified and condensed response helps you. I apologize for being to sleepy to elaborate more.
